Predator Slam on Lock!!

What a morning on the water with Hunter! The bite was steady from start to finish, and we checked off every predator on the list — peacock bass, largemouth bass, clown knife fish, and a few colorful cichlids for good measure. The Lake Ida chain was alive with action, and the rods stayed bent all morning.

If you’re ready to get in on the fun and reel in a mix of Florida’s top freshwater fighters, now’s the time to book your trip! The fish are feeding, the weather’s perfect, and the bite is on.

Jay and I headed out for a fall morning trip starting around early morning with partly cloudy skies overhead. The weather stayed consistent throughout our time on the water, giving us solid conditions to work with. We ran our 6 Hour Trip with Locked and Loaded Charters to make the most of the day.

We focused our efforts on bottom fishing, casting lures, and live bait fishing to target the peacock bass in the area. Jay managed to connect with some solid peacock bass during our session. These waters are perfect for the techniques we used - the structure and cover make it ideal for both bottom presentations and working lures through the zones where these fish like to hang out. We wrapped up the trip with great catches and good times all around.

If you're looking to get out on the water and experience some quality fishing action, I'd love to have you join us at Locked and Loaded Charters. Our 6 Hour Trip gives you plenty of time to work different techniques and really dial in on the bite. Whether you're interested in bottom fishing, casting lures, or live bait presentations, we've got the knowledge and equipment to put you on fish. The peacock bass fishing has been consistent, and these waters continue to produce quality catches for anglers willing to put in the work. We provide all the gear you need and the local expertise to make your trip productive. Book your charter with us and let's get you hooked up with some memorable fishing action. Give us a call to reserve your spot and experience the kind of fishing that keeps anglers coming back for more.

Fall Morning Peacock Bass Fishing Delivers Consistent Results!

Top-Rated Peacock Bass Action - 6 Hour Fall Charter Success

What a day we had out on the water with Seth and the crew! I always love guiding fishing trips at 1455 Lake Ida Road in Delray Beach, and this 8 Hour Fishing Trip in Delray Beach! was one for the books. February is a prime time for targeting Butterfly Peacock Bass and other freshwater species in these beautiful Florida lakes, and the conditions couldn't have been better - partly cloudy with some early morning rain that had the fish fired up.

As soon as we got set up and lines in the water, the action started. The Butterfly Peacock Bass were aggressively hitting our lures, putting up some great fights. Seth and the group were all over it, quickly landing fish after fish. In between the Peacocks, we were also catching some Clown Knife Fish and Largemouth Bass, keeping the rods bent and the energy high. It was non-stop fishing from start to finish, with the crew staying engaged and excited the whole time.

The great thing about these all-day freshwater trips is that you really get to dial in on the best techniques and patterns. We mixed it up with different lures and presentations, finding what the fish wanted on any given stretch of water. The overcast skies kept the bass active throughout the day, and we covered a lot of productive water to keep the bites coming. By the time we wrapped up, everyone's arms were tired, but we had a cooler full of memories - and plenty of great photos to remember the day.

If you're looking for an action-packed freshwater fishing adventure in Delray Beach, Florida, I can't recommend the 8 Hour Fishing Trip in Delray Beach! with Locked and Loaded Charters enough. Whether you're after Butterfly Peacock Bass, Clown Knife Fish, Largemouth, or just want to experience some of the best freshwater fishing in the state, this trip has it all. The gear is top-notch, the guidance is unbeatable, and the fish are waiting. Book your trip today and let's get you on the water!
